I have rigged up a support strap for my detector by using the shoulder strap off my power weed wacker. I attach it the same way as it is on the weed wacker. This saves my shoulder and keeps it up at my hand all the time. I can stop detecting for awhile and rest and never have to lay it down in the dirt. I've had two shoulder surgerys and this really helps. Good hunting! Tom
